Spring Cleaning - sort of

Yesterday we woke up to snow on the ground and school cancellations and then this morning we woke up to the sun shining without a cloud in the sky!!!  Sabrina and I decided it was time to clean-out and reorganize her garage so that she could get working on some of her stored up treasures.  After pulling thing out and taking pictures we were both excited about the possibilities with some of her beauties!!!  Lo and behold, there was a lot of great stuff that is just waiting to be re-fabbed!


We were only asked once if we were getting ready for a garage sale!  To which we both adamantly and in unison replied  "NO!"  and then added (to try to soften the blow) "We're just organizing and prioritizing our future projects!"  

The weather is supposed to hold for a few more days soI think my garage is next. AND maybe I can actually finish up some of the projects I started at the beginning of the week.  I think I might move the 16 11 drawers off my kitchen table, roll the newly painted desk back out to the garage (on it's awesome little wooden wheels) and get all 52 cans of paint, wood glue, wood conditioner, etc off my kitchen island before the fam gets home for the day!


Are you Spring cleaning at your house or shoveling snow today?  Are you as ready as I am for the glorious days of gorgeous weather, flowers blooming, birds singing and multiple paint projects spread out in the driveway?  Come on SPRING!!!
